    I've been interested in health and wellness without drugs since I was very young and my mother had conditions which medical doctors were unable to successfully treat. Granted, medical science has come a long way since 1954 but ...

    I am an advocate for doing health things as naturally as possible. I strongly encourage people to take vitamins (and minerals and herbs) to enhance the quality of their health and prevent and/or delay chronic (degenerative) diseases.
